Unbaptized is an insider’s account of my journey from a devout evangelical Christian to a Hindu rooted in inquiry and conviction. Drawing on lived experience and formal training in Christian theology, the book exposes the inner workings of the Church’s conversion machinery in India—its psychological manipulation, fear-based doctrines, and systematic targeting of vulnerable and marginalized communities.
More than a memoir, Unbaptized is a work of intellectual and spiritual reckoning. It critically examines the exclusivist claims of Christian theology and contrasts them with a worldview that values plurality, questioning, and freedom of thought. Through reflection and analysis, the book invites readers to examine inherited beliefs, reclaim suppressed histories, and rediscover their cultural and spiritual ground through reason rather than blind faith.
